Hi,
I live in Paris and I want to organise my brother's 25th birthday. I'm
looking for places where they rent the underground floor for private
parties.
It should be a bar or pub, but not a discotheque (too loud)
So my question is: where can I find such places? 
I'm in a rush too: it's for November 25.
