I am interested in using Oracle database products (and probably PHP)
for my online business, but I cannot find a host at a "start up"
price.  Are there any relatively high quality hosting services for,
say, $50 to $100 per month?  I'm looking for an Oracle solution
similar to what discountasp.net does for ASP and SQL Server.  I hope
to find three or four Oracle options to choose from.  US-based
companies are preferred.  Thank you in advance!
