Can someone tell me how many operating rooms there are on average for
US hospitals by bed size. I saw from a previous question the breakdown
of US hospitals by bed size -

-----------------------------------------------------
              US Hospitals by Bed Size
-----------------------------------------------------
Hospital Bed Size Number of Hospitals
<100                 2922
100-199              1426
200-499              1339
>=500                 326

I have also seen from a previous question that the average number of
ORs per hospital in the US is 6. I would like to know what the average
number of ORs is in US hospitals broken down by bed size (or some
other size indicator) if possble.
