What is:

1) the annual advertising spend and 
2) the annual commerce spend (i.e., how  much consumers spend in this industry) 

in the snow sports industry (skiing, snowboarding, etc)? This number
should include advertising in all media outlets (TV, radio, print,
internet, etc).
