What is:

1) the annual advertising spend and 
2) the annual commerce spend (i.e., how  much consumers spend in this industry) 

in the photography industry? This should be all forms of photography,
NOT just digital.

This number
should include advertising in all media outlets (TV, radio, print,
internet, etc).
