I'm working to build a list of European Union communications companies
(i.e. internet service providers, mobile service providers, and
landline telephone companies) and their annual revenues and number of
subscribers.  This list would have the following format:

Company       Annual Revenue        Subscribers
AAAA          MMMMM                 XXXXX
BBBB          NNNNN                 YYYYY

Can you suggest any reliable resources?

By reliable resources, do you mean resources that would give you the
information needed so that you could make the list yourself, or do you
mean resources that would already have this type of list?

How many companies would you want on a list?

The ultimate goal is to gain a list with all the above information. 
Ideally the resource would have this list or some portion of it.  For
example, a list of all EU ISPs and their subscribers and revenues.  If
the resource only has a portion of the list then multiple sources
would be required to fully answer the question.  I hope this
