Management and investment decisions? Also could you give me the names
of interactive financial websites which can give me investment banking

You are unlikely to find such programs.  Investment Advice is a
regulated industry and to give advice you must be registered to do so.
 Any such program would likely violate the Investment Advisers Act of
1940.
