How many storeys high would a person have to jump out of so that the
impact on the ground would kill them instantly?

I know that 6 storeys means 90% chance of death but I want to know how
many storeys makes 100% chance of INSTANT death.

Well, if "three airmen survived free falls of around 20,000 ft (6,000
m) without a parachute in the Second World War", then it has to be a
lot of storeys.
