I search a javascript (or AJAX) which makes a form validation. If a
field in the form is required and it is not filled, there must come an
error message like this:

The required field must get a red border around it. And the Field
description must also appear in red.

Thats all i need. A Javascript (or Ajax), which makes exactly this job.

It would be veeery nice, if you can answer within a few minutes. For
that i am ready to pay 20 Dollars. If you can answer after 1 Day,
please dont to it.

The change of the color in red should happen after the user try to
send it via submit-buttom.

I am able to edit easy things in javascript, like color etc.. so the
script you find in the net, must not change it in red, it can be also
in blue ;-)....and i can apply it on the form. But i am not able to
write this function for myself.
