I would like to know how fully grown vegetables travel from the field
to the grocery store.

- How many people, farmers, dealers, companies, warehouses, trucks,
ships, etc. does the produce travel on
- How long does it take to travel in total, and how long does it spend
traveling or sitting in a warehouse
- How early is produce harvested in order for it to arrive in saleable
condition in the grocery store

If you can find specific lengths of time, I would be interested in
produce that originates from either California, China, or South
America and arrives in Vancouver, BC.
