I'd like to know the birthdate and birthplace of entertainment
journalist Bruce Bibby, who is also known as Ted Casablanca in the
gossip column ("The Awful Truth") which he writes for E! Online. 

Please be able to document where you found the information. I've done
a cursory Web search already and found not much -- I already know
Wikipedia thinks he's from Texas, for instance.

Bruce Biddy is a native of Highland Park (Dallas), Texas.  He went to
Highland Park High School (you can probably call to ask which year
Biddy graduated).
