Question ID: 783444
I have a patent-pending contact lens invention I am trying to license
and most contact lens companies have contact information specific to
someone in the company who handles outside innovation, but there are
three companies for which I do not have this information. Those
companies are Vistakon, CooperVision, and Alcon.

I would like you to find the person in each of the three companies
mentioned who is in charge of handling outside innovation and
licensing. If that information is not available, find someone in the
company that has the power to say "yes" to my invention if I were to
present to them. Note that this second person to find is quite
different than someone who has the power to say "no" if I were to
present my invention to them.

For all people that you find I will require their phone numbers, email
addresses, and mailing addresses.

Thanks.

Hello jared0326-ga,

I think you would have better luck getting at least a partial answer
if you posted a separate question for each of the companies you're
interested in. That way several researchers could be working on your
questions at the same time. Researchers are reluctant to take on such
bundled projects because the odds are high that you will not be able
to answer each part of the question. If the questions are posted
seperately there is a greater chance of getting at least some of the
information you need even if not all of it can be found.

Good luck.

Hello jared0326,

Thank you for your question.

I contacted each of the companies involved and have received word back
from each of them on who specifically within the companies to contact
regarding this matter. I wish you the best of luck with your
invention.

Write to the president of the company. If their office does not
handle it themselves they will forward to the person it the
organization who does.
