Yes, that's the box. It doesn't have any information on the box except
for the Pediped information and phone number.

Hello jude1-ga,
I have been put into contact with someone who should be able to get me
the manufacturers' contact information. I know it's a company in
China, but that's all I was able to gleam before I was told the lady I
needed to speak with was out of the office.
So...I'll try calling again this tomorrow if I don't get a call back
today. Just wanted to let you know progress is slowly being made. I'll
let you know as soon as anything changes.
