I need an online tutor for Java. My one experience with an online
turor has not been good (basically $40 for a poorly versed english APA
format 'expert' to recomend straightening some columns ). I would
like to locate a reputable organization that can take pay pal (I won't
give a small organization my CC#)and is set up to work on a minute by
minute basis; that way if I have a quick three minute question it does
not cost me $XX.00 for a simple answer. I almost just went for such
an organization; the rates seemed reasonable; but I never heard of
them; and they wanted $20 upfront.
