I need to know the recent events in Electoral Systems of both Canada
and the United States. The current events can go back as far back as 5
years, no more.

These can be events, changes, or any occurrences in electoral systems.

Most importantly, every event, any occurrence, or any change in the
electoral systems of Canada and United States that is mentioned has to
be sourced.

That means that this information must be from political journals,
books, etc. Only academic sources, no globe and mail articles,
newspapers articles, wikipidia, only formal academic sources.

Please post the source under each event, change or occurrence using
proper citation methods.

Thank You

It doesn't have to be all of them, just the major ones.

3-4 from Canada
3-4 from the U.S.

At this point anything will be accepted because this is very general.

"Are you talking about the sytem by
which a president is elected? In the United States it is the
electoral college. Or are you talking about how votes are cast by
using systems such as computerized touch screens, punch cards, or
something else?"

Yes, any of these will be fine, any events or changes in the past 5
years of the electoral systems wiil acceptable.

P.S. please remember to properly source from formal sources

Fine, anyone that answers before the 22 gets an even bigger tip.

It's a very simple question you know I simply do not have the
resources to handle it at the moment.

Please clarify your question. Are you talking about the sytem by
which a president is elected? In the United States it is the
electoral college. Or are you talking about how votes are cast by
using systems such as computerized touch screens, punch cards, or
something else?
