I notice you have asked a few questions regarding mailing lists for
aestheticians and medi-spas in the United States. For a researcher to
compile such lists would take not just hours, but weeks, and I doubt
the list would be complete. Your request is not hopeless, however! The
way I see it, you have two avenues, but it will take some more work on
your part or the hiring of additional office help. You can either
compile a fairly good list from some online databases, or you can buy
a custom-tailored mailing list. You will have to determine the best
method for your needs, depending on how many mailings you want to
issue.

Estheticians

Many of the individual state Boards of Cosmetology have online
databases of licensed estheticians. Others will send you a list of
individual estheticians for a fee. You can get a good representation
of estheticians this way, though compiling the lists may take some
time (Missouri, for example, has over 4,000 estheticians in their
database!)
I went through all fifty states, searching for license database links!
This was quite a feat in itself, as it took many hours to search for
the right databases. You might want to hire some office help to
transcribe the names and addresses into a workable format, and to
contact the agencies for lists when they are not available online.
Also, bear in mind that not all databases contain the complete mailing
address, either!

legwork I have done, you should be able to get a decent start on
compiling a good percentage of names and addresses while contacting
the appropriate agencies for the rest!
