Question ID: 783717
I am looking for any data/statistics of the Canadian Men?s Footwear
industry/market. (Specifically men?s shoes, none athletic)
I am hoping to import men?s shoes into Canada. I would like to be able
to present prospect companies with a simple market study or at least
an idea of the Canadian men?s footwear industry/market, non athletic.
I have the Industry Profile (Footwear in Canada) by Datamonitor but it
is not specific enough.

IMPORTANT
Taxes, Tariffs, etc. (for men?s shoes into Canada)
HS Codes: 640359- shoes, sandals and slippers- leather soles-
                            leather uppers
640399- Shoes, sandals and slippers- rubber/plastic soles-
                          leather uppers
420330- Belts and bandoliers of leather or of composition leather

It would be very helpful and convincing if I was able to provide the
exporter with specifics of the men?s footwear industry/market in
Canada.

Thanks
Chris

Can you tell us what sort of information you require. I don't have
access to the Datamonitor footwear report so I don't know what
information you have already seen.

I can provide you with:

- the value of Canadian footwear imports ( HS 640359, HS 420330 and HS
640399 ) for the last five years by country of origin.

- the value of Canadian footwear imports ( HS 640359, HS 420330 and
HS 640399 ) by Province
