Employer sponsored the I-140. I-140 approved. EAD card received. I-485
receipt date filed less than 180 days. What are the options to allow
change of jobs in similar work area and still maintain legal status.

- it is said that EB1 EA does not need a JOB OFFER. Then why are
people saying that you cannot change before 180 days of I-485 due to
AC21.  Isn't this contradictory? Which INS provision can offer
clarity?

- If an additional parallel self petition is filed, we are told that
changing jobs is possible. How is this self petition linked with the
Employer filed I-485 to maintain status. Is a pending self petition
okay when I-485 is adjudicated or does it need to be approved.
