With all due respect, it's not clear to me what your question is. What
do you want to know that a Researcher could help you with? Thanks.

Hi Reply me,
Just a free comment - and no insult intended: If you don't know the
answers, how could we possibly know the reasons for your choice of
Barclays or your motivation? If you get an interview, you will have
to be able to defend/support your answers.

It might be of help for you to search Barclays' websites and others
about the bank to see if what it says about itself or what others say
about it gives you an idea of answers that combine your reasons for
applying with the bank's needs/goals, but don't copy any text.

Also, I notice a couple of typing errors in your question. Do avoid
such in your answers.

Wishing you well and good luck, Myoarin

For #1 any well thought out approach would work, especially one that
strokes their ego. Such as, Searched for IB's that ranked in the
Forbes top employers list.
Search for positions with an established IB firm with a long history
of soldi business practices and steady growth.

2. Based on the criteria mentioned in question 1, Barclays was an
ideal choice. That together with demographics and your reputation
made barclays an obious choice.

3. Based on my educationa nd prior work expeirence, a [trader] would
be the most suitable position in your firm and it where I could bring
the most value to the firm.

I knwo these are nopt worded so well, I just wanted to give you the
jist without writing it for you word for word. AND NO TYPOS OR
GRAMMATICAL ERRORS.
