Wow ... What a question!

I seriously doubt if any poltician in the world has any interest in or
any understanding of such a hypothetical mish-mash that has become
known as 'Economics'.

Economics is part of the fabric of politics and it has been designed
solely to justify whatever bandwagon a party is pushing at the time to
give it some marketing pizzazz.

When I 'studied' Economics I soon learned that although the Examiners
set the same Questions every year, they always change the Answers.

Interesting Probo, you also studied Economics

Personally I find it quite interesting (not the mathematical
codswallop that was coming in during my day) but for spotting what
utter rubbish a lot of people spout.

It used to amuse me that people followed that old fraud Friedman,
directly controlling the 'money supply' is a bit like trying to
control the speed of a car by breaking the glass on the speedometer
and pushing the needle.

I'm one of those that have decided that Economics is just crowd psychology.
