Hi lordstreatham,

Last week I contacted Lambeth Council
http://www.lambeth.gov.uk/contactus with this inquiry. The following
is the reply I received:

"Thank you for Contacting Lambeth Infoserve. I have done some research
on your behalf with no luck what-so-ever. I have been advised to tell
you the only person that can help you will be an Estate Agent in the
Streatham area, lambeth council has outside valuers to value their
properties therefore they cannot answer that question for you."

I have replied asking for names of Estate Agents in the Streatham area
who may be able to help. I will let you know of any response I
receive.

Would the names of estate agents who you may contact with this inquiry
suffice as an answer to your question? Perhaps you would then like to
re-adjust the price of this question accordingly.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Rainbow

hi rainbow,

thank you for your requesting a clarification.

I have tried the Estate Agent route in the past unsuccessfully. I will
withdraw the question, but thank you for trying.

Regards,

Tristan
