I assume your question is referring to ?B.C. Edminster?, as he is
identified by a notable Stanly County magazine (rather than ?V.C.?
Edminster). If I am right, it isn?t likely that Edminster worked with
Ross since Ross? involvement with the country club would not take
place until some 42 years later. Ross? primary partner on the project
at that time was one ?Ellis Maples?.

?In 1924, B.C. Edminster designed the club?s classic 18-hole course
and in 1966, Ellis Maples, who worked with Donald Ross of Pinehurst,
redesigned several of the greens.?

As the name of the Original architect on the Badin Inn Golf Resort &
Club score card is listed as V.C Edminster, not B.C as mentioned in
the article submitted, which is the correct listing ?

Since I found not a single source that referred to the original
architect as "V.C. Edminster" and since the source I referenced is a
product of the Stanly County Chamber of Commerce, which and would
logically have the correct information, I must assume that the name
"B.C. Edminster" is the correct name.

Does my information suffice as an answer?
