I need to find a government agency that does company registrations in
Quebec, Canada. it would be similar to (in Mass) Secretary of State, Division
of Corporations. Basically, i have a name of the company that is
registered in Quebec. i need to find out info about this company such
as if it's active, date in incorporation, shareholders, etc.
