I am looking for a list of restaurants that can accommodate a business
meeting for up to 150 people. The site must be in Manhattan; date is
mid-April 2007; the per-person cost range is $90-110; the food /
location / and service should all be above average. Rooms with
dramatic views preferred. I will pay $150 for a list of ten locations
that meet these requirements.

I've put in some calls, and since it's Thanksgiving most restaurants
are closed so I won't hear back about this immediately.  A few
additional questions:

What kind of food is acceptable?
What is the exact date?
Would a hotel with a catering service be all right?

I checked a number of meeting-planning guides for NYC to compile a list for you.

It's hard to pin down a per-person price without knowing what you hope
to offer (drinks, for instance, make a big difference), but these
places should all be able to accomodate a group your size in pretty
much the price range you indicated.
