I know a friend who has a few precious diamonds (rubies, saphire,
diamond, and other gem stones)- some cut and some un cut and some
really ancient.
I would like to know who to contact (worldwide) if I would like for
some organization (reputable) help in brokering/buying this collection
(or part of it). So actually I would want to market them.

I dont want extensive list, just answer to those few things:
1- Where is the best country/countries that work in this field and has
reputable professionals.
2- Is there a guide (directory) for those bodies/professionals in the
country/countries mentioned in point one (I'll get the details
myself).
3- Is there any materials online outlining how do this selling
smoothly, or how such a market operates.

I only need valuable links (I can dig out the details), only I want
quality leads to what I am looking for. Thanks a lot..
