Was the federal government's recent decision to curb the growth of
income trusts a good idea? I don't know much about income trusts, and
I was wondering what the pro's were, and what the cons were. I know
the basic "it evades the double taxation for corporations" and "it
prevents R&D Spending" arguments, but I am interested in learning it
more in depth. Please just summarize the arguments on both sides, and
give me a list of sites to read up on myself! Thanks.
