I own small programming company in Latvia. I would like to find some
international (mostly European) customers who need my services. There
are a lot of freelancer websites in the internet, but I would like to
get the list of those websites where I can get direct contact (email,
phone) of customer so that I can contact them personaly. So to
summarize:

1)list of websites where I can find contacts of people or companies
that need programming services
2)websites contain mostly european contacts
3)those can be freelancer websites or any other kind of message boards, forums etc.
4)websites should contain mostly european or/and english speaking country contacts.
