Hi Dave Please see Question 754177 and - would you believe? - I have just received a copy of a certain book that you recommended and it reveals ALL! Why it's taken so long is a long story of incompetence at a certain Library but I have now purchased my own copy which is almost immaculate. Needless to say, I am delighted! However, I would not like all and sundry to know how successfully we have worked together so my question is ... How can we hush this up? Bryan |
