I would like a report or other published data with U.S. carrier full
truckload inflation rates over the last 10 years.

The answer would include the percentage rate increase given to U.S. shippers
year-over-year for each of the last 10 years and
would be an average of all carriers that submitted data to such a
study.

Important: This data cannot be based on the Producer Price Index
(PPI) as published by the Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor
Statistics (BLS) (http://www.bls.gov/data/home.htm). I already have
that data and am looking for another source.
