Who is credited with saying "The taste of the roast is determined by
the handshake of the host."?  Some (Leslie Gibbons & Mark Morse)give
Ben Franklin credit for this but I cannot find it in his collection of
quotes. Please provide verification.

Like Mark Twain and Dorothy Parker, Ben Franklin is one of those folks
to whom a myriad of quotes are falsely attributed. I've found no
evidence that Franklin ever said or wrote this. Pithy sayings like
this one are often impossible to pin to a certain origin.
