I need help negotiating a transfer and salary with my company.

I am an American, currently working in NYC (Brooklyn) making about $70K + bonus.
My company wants to transfer me to their Tokyo office next year.

Taking into account Tokyo's higher cost of living than NYC, Japan's
health system, and the fact that the company I work for is not Japanese, what
should I aim for in negotiations (in terms of salary in Yen, bonus and
health coverage)to achieve the same standard of living I now enjoy in
NYC?
