I have an iPod that synchronizes with my Apple notebook computer. I am presently traveling and I *DO* have my iPod but I do *NOT* have my Apple computer. I do have, however, a **WINDOWS** laptop that has iTunes loaded on it with several songs. Question: Is it possible to use iTunes/Windows to download the songs from the Windows laptop onto my iPod (that normally synchronizes with an Apple notebook) *WITHOUT* erasing the existing contents of the iPod? How would I do this? Thank you! |

Hello chrisasking, Thank you for your question. You'll need Itunes for your Windows machine. Make sure it is the most up to date version of the software. Apple ITunes Download http://www.apple.com/itunes/ Download and reinstall. Once completed, connect your Ipod to the Windows machine and you should be able to synchronise your Ipod with the Itunes software. An alternative which would be PERFECT for this situation would be this software IPod Synchronization Software http://www.crispsofties.com/i.i/index.html Search terms: itunes ipod synchronization If you need any additional clarification, let me know and I'll be glad to assist you. --keystroke-ga |
