I'm looking at buying a new business (Sydney, Australia). Where on the
internet can I find demographic information about a particular SUBURB?
I would like to know racial mix, unemployment levels, disposable
income, average houshold size and composition, area population and
growth, average age, developments planned and much much more for
Windsor, NSW

Please let me know if the Australian Bureau of Statistics fits your
needs. 2001 is the most recent available data.

Click on "Census Tables". Slelect "View Census Tables by Location".
Click Next. Enter "Windsor". Click to highlight "Richmond-Windsor
(Urban Center/Locality)-NSW". Click Select Topic. Here you can select
the desired topic for detailed data.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. The ABS information is
exactly what I needed.
Could you also find out if there are any new developments in the area?
ie shopping centres, schools, residential blocks...anything that would
bring people in or (hopefully not) drive them out.
I know there is a new shopping centre being built there (riverview).
