I'm doing a research project on the wine industry. I need to find out
1) in restaurants, what is the ratio of bottle sales to wine-by-the-glass sales (in
dollars and units), 2) if a person orders a glass of wine in a
restaurant, it will fall into several categories - $5-10, $11-20,
$20-40, $40+ per glass -- what is the ratio of purchases related to
each of these categories, and 3) what is the growth of the
wine-by-the-glass sales in restaurants in the US?
