Hi!!

This business site has some non legit features that must turn a red
light if you will deal with them.

The first suspicious feature is the registration date, the site have
been recently registered on 29-Sep-2006; this is not common for a six
year old company.
The other interesting clue is that the ownership would expire within a
year; this is a typical behavior of scammers. A legitimate business
would have had liked to keep that address as much as possible, and not
to expire it within a year (the minimum).
The third clue is the payment method:"For payment our terms is T/T (
Telegraphic Transfer ) or Wire Transfer method to our bank (preparing
online transaction)..."
From "Terms & Conditions : PT. Trino Pasifik":
http://trinopasifik.com/terms.html

Scam sites usually offer electronic transfer payments as a way of
payment, this is their most visible stamp.
Scammers use this method because with this they avoid to later deal
with a credit card company from which the customer can dispute the
charge.
Note also that in Indonesia there are not adequate protection laws for
international buyers, this is why many of these kind of companies are
located in Indonesia.

Finally, I found at a business forum, more bad info about this company:
User "leftyrog" asked:
"Anyone know if co. Pt.Trino Pasific is legit?
Can anyone tell me if this company is legit?
Pt. Trino Pasific
Jl. Godean Km.6 No 46
Yogyakarta 55293 D.I.Y.
Indonesia
...
Replying to [leftyrog]:
They are not listed on Alibaba with this name !
If they sell electronics, mobiles or expensive items, you can be shure
they are fraud !
...
Replying to [leftyrog]:
Dear Leftyrog,
this company does not exist at Yogyakarta or anywhere in Indonesia. My
friend at Yogyakarta has visit the address. There is no such company
as you mention. The picture that show their store at the website also
fake.
Avoid this company. Find another company to deal with.
...
Replying to [leftyrog]:There is 80% chance this is fraud.
Reasons for my statement:
1. No high flying company in International trade based in Jogkarta.
All of them are in Jakarta (the capital city).
2. Indonesia imports most of the latest technology goods, and the tax is high.
3. Indonesian company with the high capital investments located
outside of the capital is rare.
Be best prudent before parting with your money.
Street Smart "
From "Alibaba.com's Forums - Anyone know if co. Pt.Trino Pasific is legit?":
http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/21664/Anyone_know_if_co_Pt_Trino_Pasific_is_legit_.htm

According to all the collected information I must pretty sure that
this company is a scam, I strongly suggest you to do not deal with
them.

Search strategy:
trinopasifik.com WhoIs search at NetworkSolutions.com
trinopasifik fraud

I hope this helps you.
