I'd like to find out the most popular Web 2.0 sites in various
cultures around the world. These sites should include social
bookmarking sites (similar to technocrati, del.icio.us, digg.com...)
and blogging networks.

I run a web site in 11 languages: English, German, French, Dutch,
Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese.

On that site, I'd like to include bookmarking links for my articles to
the most popular bookmarking sites in the different language-regions,
e.g. only those social bookmarking sites which make sense in Spanish
will be added to my Spanish articles and the Italian bookmarking sites
will be added to the Italian version of my articles etc.

By limiting the bookmarking links per language I hope to reduce the
clutter for the visitor of my web site and provide only relevant
information. This should also speed-up the pageloading and provide a
better user experience.
