I would like to get a list of the American universities or other

a list of the Chinese and Indian universities who contract with
American universities, companies, or professors to offer courses in
the areas listed above in China or India ($20).

Fair enough.  For now, let's concentrate on the first part only:
I would like to get a list of the American universities or other
educational institutions offering programs in technology, technology
management, or management in China or India ($20).

You may do better if you post this as two separate questions. Bundling
these questions together, as you've done here, requires that a
Researcher find answers to both parts in order to receive any
compensation.
