This is a follow up to the question that "Johnny50-ga" asked a couple
weeks ago.  I too am looking into the same company, and have not been
able to find anything terribly wrong with them.  I do agree with a lot
of the questionable information that "pafalafa-ga" listed, but I
wonder what the real deal is?

Has anyone had any personal interactions/experiences with JRCG
Holdings?  If so, please discuss.

which they answered before they even got my phone number, let alone my money.

Their reticence to provide information doesn't mean that information is not
out there.  They have had a variety of addresses and phone numbers.

Needless to say, there are several government agencies that would frown on the
ownership of such a company by a U.S. citizen.

You might ask yourself that if you can't find anything bad about a company,
they must be good.  It is actually the other way around in that if you can't
find anything good about a company, especially when they have been around for
three years, and will not offer anything specific that is good about them, such
as a reference or satisfied client, then they must not be good.

on JRCG, and documenting that the company seems to be more hype than
anything else.

At the same time, no complaints or examples of blatanly improper
business dealings have shown up.

There probably isn't a heck of lot of additional information to be had
on this small company.  May I suggest you accept denco's research as
an answer to your question, since it adds significantly to the overall
picture.

it can be arranged in as little as 36 hours. I will gladly introduce
you to all employees at the office you decided to visit to show that
we are not a 2 man operation as was discussed. We lease various office
space in the US and worldwide.

The previous post to this thread referencing VIPCashier was by a
prospective client. The prospect wanted to purchase a credit card
processing business we were selling for a client of that division
(processing division of JRCG). After calling me several times non-stop
in a single day on both my office and mobile lines I stopped taking
the parties call. I was on the phone with a client for 20 minutes when
the previous party called four times!! Being jaded by the fact we
would not work with him he has decided to blast our operation. I thank
him for avoiding getting slanderous or libelous in his response. We
are always up for healthy criticism.

Again, not only will you be able to visit our offices and meet our
employees but I will gladly connect you with fresh reference letters
from HSBC Bank, AIT Communications, Dell, Wells Fargo, various
processing agencies (this specifically for the business discussed), NY
State, Hodgson Russ, and more.

I understand that buying a business or working with an unknown company
can be a daunting expereince. Unlike what the previous writer might
want you to think, JRCG is not a closed business. We are far from it
especially since we are working with an SEC compliance firm for the
preparatory work to become a publicly traded company in the US. Anyone

I could run all of these with one person I would be a magician and I
am not in that business.

The party we would not work with will probably still comment on our

we can be that selective in picking our clients. Unlike most
businesses we do not NEED to accept everyone who comes in the door.
Our clients become team members working with JRCG. We definitely did
not want him on the team. JRCG is a firm which has grown every year
since our inception.

upcoming reports. A last item on Dunn and Bradstreet, unlike forums
like Google where negative comments or issues go unchecked (read
Google's disclaimer for full details), they investigate any negative
issues that arise with JRCG. Those issues are then documented and
listed on our report. Our report is clean and has been since
inception.

I very much appreciate the time others have taken in reviewing our
company. I understand their concerns and would be happy to provide any
details possible to further the discussion. They have checked every
online reference and I am happy to provide direct information from
JRCG. They have brought excellent thought into things. On two of the
points listed above regarding references. References from clients are
silly. Would a business send you to anyone but someone who would talk
good about them? We do not release client names without their consent.
It is direct from US Privacy Laws. So again, while we can put up
industry references we simply do not provide client references. Our
request also for credit check information on investors is standard for
private equity companies. Client who bring potential risk into an
investment can create problems for all those involved in it. Denco and
paf spent a lot of time doing their research which is pleasant to see.
As I said, my sole purpose is to provide inside details into our
operations rather than speculation based on Internet research or
government databases.
