Some local jurisdictions have mug shots available for viewing online.
Do you know the original arresting agency? And what is the prison?

You can request this information through the Freedom of Information
Law (FOIL. Of you do a search of the NY state website
(http://www.ny.gov) you can find the correct agency to request the
info from
