Hi, I need a Chinese phrase translated into English but I only have an
image file of the text so I couldn't user Translate Google for it.
Could someone please translate to English the text in the following
image:

First, word by word literally. 1st character = full, complete, whole.
2nd character = ball, globe, planet earth. 3rd = change. 4th = cold.
So putting it together it would be equivalent to "The whole planet
earth is becoming colder" or "Global cooling"
