Hi givethanks!

July 5, 1979 is the first date that regulations pretaining to
environmental issues and petroleum products were put into law in Rhode
Island. The law has been amended several times, as recent as Feb 7,
2001.

Here is your citation:

Source location:

State of Rhode Island - DEM's Regulations
http://www.dem.ri.gov/pubs/regs/index.htm

The document:

AIR POLLUTION CONTROL REGULATION NO. 11
PETROLEUM LIQUIDS MARKETING AND STORAGE
Effective 5 July 1979
Last Amended 7 February 2001
http://www.dem.ri.gov/pubs/regs/regs/air/air11_01.pdf

I hope this is exactly what you are looking for. If I can clarify,
please don't hesitate to ask for more help.

Happy Holidays!
