The number one thousand and fifty (1,050) is not ordinarily written in either decimal or fraction format, but it certainly can be: Decimal -- 1050.0 Fraction -- (1050 / 1) If, in fact, the question is about writing one-thousandth of 50, then the notations would be: Decimal -- .05 Fraction -- (50 / 1000) which can be simplified to (1 / 20) Cheers, pafalafa-ga | |

Do you mean onethousandTH OF fifty? Which would make more sense. |
