I believe that there is little correlation between stated/observed
happiness and income in the US but would like the data to better
understand this and if this has changed over time.

here's an additional data point, 1 out of 300 million, but a data
point nonetheless.

i guarantee i would be much, much happier if i had a larger income.

step number one in my plan for a larger income is to stop spending so
much time on google answers.
