I have a set of data consisting of an azimuthal angle from 0-360
degrees, an elevation angle of 0-90 degrees and an intensity. I need
to plot this using Matlab such that the distance from the centre of
the plot is the elevation, the azimuthal angle is the angle around the
plot, and then intensity will form a colour map. The data is in a tab
delimited .dat file with the order of elevation, azimuth, intensity.
The first row contains a header.
