I would like to find out how much each individual homes spends on
Public Utilities such as Gas/Oil for heating/cooling/ coking a home
and also how much Electricity cost and spend per month.  Also other
info such as Garbage, sewer and water.

Is there a free site that can give me this information or do I have to
ask each company for this data?

For accurate information, I think you'll need to get the information
from each company. Salt River Project, the company which provides my
electricity, for example, offers a web-based service where I can (if
logged on as a customer) view not only my electricity usage for the
past 12 months, but the average cost of dwellings with the same square
footage as mine:

"Bill comparison: Compare your most recent electric bill to those of
 similar-size homes."

I was wondering if there was a Central Web site that I can get the
this information form instead each power companies.  I was look at
Dept of Energy but gave some Genernal infomation cost per Sqrt Feet
based on State.  But I'm looking if I can get infomration for each
home and busniess since they are public utliities.
