I'm looking for the website of a flash animated cartoon series.  It
featured two young girls as main characters - one was a witch who
terrorized the children at the school.  She had a gigantic red cat as
a pet and tried to destroy the other girl only to fail comically.  The
website was its own .com domain, and not a part of another website
like newgrounds or anything.
