What is the outlook for the Libor and MTA loan Indexes. I've noticed
from the historical graphs that the MTA has been lower than the Libor
most of the time. How is this difference between the two indices
expected to change over time?
What factors cause the Libor and MTA to change RELATIVE TO EACH OTHER.
