Hello ostienen,

Thank you for your question.

There are a few options here. First of all, do you want to pay for a
solution or would you prefer a free solution?

If you require a paid solution, you need the griffin box. This will
allow you to charge for Internet access and also give it away in time
limits.
It will replace your current router, saving you electricity costs.

It is available from here in the UK:

Flexsys Griffin Box http://www.flexsys-group.co.uk/broadband-internet-hotel-hotspots/griffin-internet.php

They have American resellers, too.

Alternatively, this company is also a very good wireless hardware distributor.

CybercafePro
http://www.cybercafepro.com/

All of these options come with excellent tech support so you should
not go very wrong with any of them.

Search strategy:
Personal knowledge +
flexsys griffin box

If you need any additional clarification, let me know and I'll be glad
to assist you.

You will need more then a linksys router to be able to control
duration of time on an open WIFI network.

You basically need a server or desktop computer to run a monitoring
software or proxy like these:

http://www.mycafecup.com/

I did find an article that would allow you to upgrade your router
(Depending on the model) so that your hotspot could join the "Boingo"
Hotspot network.

The best way is to have a Linux box connected to the wifi and run
Chilli spot with free radius in that. This will help you control the
users.

Hope this works
