The box question is a hard one.  I tried and failed.

I have never seen the box in person. IS it a hard box, made of wood,
or is it carton or cardboard.  Any detail may help us locate the box
comapny for you.

In any case I will try again before that question expires.

It's a thick cardboard covered in a bookcloth type fabric/paper. It
has a lightweight gold ribbon for hanging and a square plastic-covered
opening on the top. It has a hinged lid (the two pieces of the box are
connected at the back via the fabric/paper covering). Hopefully that
will help!
