I'm considering a home-based business preparing and packaging
(non-meat, non-dairy) food products and selling them over the
Internet. I would like to know:

1.  what state (TN) and federal organizations govern such businesses,
2.  what state and federal regulations must be observed, and 
3.  where I can learn more about these regulations.
